Very high quality premium pasta. Particularly notice the quality when paired with a very simple sauce. Its a little coarser than basic pasta which adds to the texture when cooked. Its pretty good value, as very much a premium product. Bag looks like a premium deli product . Cook time is as stated, 8-12 minutes depending on how you like it. Wish it was just a bit cheaper, but still great value.

Me gustó bastante la pasta, tarda un poco más de lo habitual en cocinarse pero puede ser por su origen artesanal. Sabe muy rica, no se bate. La compré porque las pastas de elaboración lenta se digieren mejor.
