With these I can walk very long distances without problems - i can also walk very fast. I choose shoes with enough room to fit 2 in each.

We really wanted to love this however, within one week there was no more cushioning, and it left a horrible residue inside of my boots. It cost more than Dr. Scholls and we were hoping we were making a good investment, but just did not work out for us at all and just damaged my chelsea boots.

Very happy with this product. It provides great comfort. Want to buy more for my other shoes.

It should be thicker it's too thin

I have worn these insoles for over 30 years in my running shoes and many 10 hour days on construction sites ,walking or climbing ladders all day , when I buy a new pair of running shoes for walking I add a pair of these insoles

I have been using Sorbothane shoe inserts in my running shoes for years and until now I have always been very satisfied. Not this time. These inserts are very thin and offer little in the way of cushioning that their previous inserts provided. I did a short, 3-mile run yesterday on a treadmill and for the first time ever my heels are killing me. They feel like they are bruised.I will not purchase Sorbothane inserts again.
