These vitamins are a blend of vitamins that help couples conceive. They really work, I tried them twice in no time and got pregnant. My husband uses them to help with sperm quality. The size of the tablets is large, we don't have a problem with that, but take this into account if you have trouble swallowing large vitamins. You can always cut them.
