Remember the days when you needed an expensive gym membership to stay fit? Well those days are long gone, because with a set of these, and a set of resistance bands, you're covered for a decent work out for anyone from beginner to the well practiced. There are numerous videos online showing you how to use these, and the results are good, and as someone whos not exactly young anymore these are great for maintaining later years strength.

As a frequently injured older runner, I bought these to help with strengthening my glutes, hips and hamstrings and so far they've been excellent. They come in their own little bag so you can keep them together and take them with you when you travel. They are versatile and very easy to use. One thing that irks me a little (though it's no big deal) is the colour order. The bands go from green (the lightest band) to blue, then yellow, then red, to black (the heaviest) which doesn't seem logical - it would make more sense to me if they went yellow-green-blue-red-black or even red-yellow-green-blue-black. As I say, though, no big deal. I also rather wish that there was a tougher band than the black one. I mostly use the black band and sometimes the red one but very rarely the two lightest ones. I'm a 50-something woman - admittedly pretty strong after lifting weights since I was 18, but I have to say that younger, stronger people would likely appreciate a bit more resistance. As a rehab tool, though, they are good.

Great product, fast delivery, neat case, value for money

I bought these bands before, they came in a little black carry pouch. (as pictured). Thought I’d order them again as a present but they have arrived in a horrible plastic pencil case type pouch. Not nice.

I haven't used them as yet but they seem to have the correct weight / tension. Arrived early - like the zip up pack to keep them in.

Resistance exercises are excellent for strengthening generally but especially as we age. These bands are excellent as they have varying tensions for different exercises and for different physiques . A good buy.

Good product. Well manufactured. Good quality and sturdy.

Gut zum trainieren ohne groß gewichte in der Wohnung rumliegen zu haben. Man merkt deutlich die verschiedenen Stärken. Die Bänder sind auch nicht zu breit.
