Good product! I felt it is little expensive but you will not get as many letters and emoticons with any other product. That makes it worth it.

Letters look good, but frame is broken and the black board base is really dusty and dirty.Frame isnt looking finished and small wood cuttings are coming out of the frame which is risky to handle. Got my fingers hurt a couple of times already.Overpriced given the conditions.

cheap, badly made. bottom corner fabric peeled offworst of all the letters dont fit in the board as the pins are too small & board gap to big - so they keep falling off!! i have to manually glue them on - doesnt serve its purpose. dont buy
