**Q: How many power watts does this iron use?**
A: Do you mean how hot does the iron get?  Or what type of plug?  As for how hot it gets to use on the hair it has a control setting up to 450...as low as 300, I think.  As for the type of wall plug 120v plug with 2 prongs.  Hope this helps.

I’ve had this straightener for less than 2 months and it’s worthless (I bought this exact model directly from a store). It makes my hair staticky when I straighten it and when I try to curl it, it doesn’t actually curl the whole strand. In the less than 2 months that I’ve had it, it’s fallen apart. Don’t waste your money!
