LIFETIME JEWELRY 7mm Figaro Chain Necklace Diamond Cut 24k Real Gold Plated

I bought both the 7mm necklace and bracelet and I have to say that it looks like a real solid gold chain. My 17 year old loves it. It’s very good quality. Also, they first shipped me the wrong size bracelet, I emailed them through Amazon and Jon responded immediately and shipped me the correct size and didn’t even ask me to return the other one. He made sure it was delivered and informed me if I have any issues in the future to email them and they will take care of it. The customer service is Amazing. Thank you lifetime jewelry. I would definitely recommend them. Update: Aug 2022 I was really impressed with the service I received on Amazon. My son’s jewelry faded a lot after a year of wearing so he had it away. I thought let me contact lifetime Jewelry to see if they can replace it. I looked up their website and it shows how to return the jewelry to be replaced even if you bought it through Amazon. Well I packed up the necklace and bracelet I bought for him and sent it off with tracking. I sent it out June 7th and it shows that they received in June 12th. It’s now Aug 29th and I have emailed them 5 times and called about 6 times and left messages and no one will respond I sent emails of the tracking number asking if someone could get back to me. Not a single response. I am so disappointed. I really hope Jon reads this and maybe can get someone to respond of where my son’s jewelry is located and if I can haveh it back!

The picture that shows how the various sizes fits is not accurate. I'm a thin guy and have usually worn a 20" necklace whereas with this one I needed a 22". The quality is very nice and the 7mm chain is a great width just order 2" longer than you normally would. Highly recommended

On how thick the gold plating is according to their website, it cannot be true. This plating is very poor. I have worn this every day only during the day and take it off at night before bed. I have never showered with this on, or have ever gotten it wet.. And only 30 days the plating has already come off and showing the metal they use. What is the use of the warranty if you’re going to have to replace it every 30 days I doubt they would do that and why go through the hassle This is very overpriced, considering how short of a time period the gold plating lasts. I have bought pieces that only cost a dollar from a Chinese app that last about the same amount of time. The only benefit I can see with this necklace is to only wear it on special occasions only a couple of times a year. Shame on the manufacturer for stating how thick the gold plating is, if that was true, it should’ve lasted a long time and not less than 30 days.

It’s nice but it’s the wrong size

I ordered this for my husband for his birthday . The wrong size chain came so I sent it back. Tried to reach out to the maker and couldn't find a way to do so. I was really disappointed because I thought the price for quality and thickness made it a great gift but I wasn't able to see it through . Didn't want to take a chance on ordering the same necklace to be sent the same outcome of wrong size again. It did come fast and looked nice . Wasn't heavy at all. My husband liked it , they just sent the wrong size .

If you're looking for absolutely beautiful jewelry that doesn't cost a small fortune, then I recommend Lifetime Jewelry. You would have to be a jeweler to tell the difference between an expensive piece of jewelry and the Lifetime Jewelry piece. I'm incredibly disappointed. This necklace was purchased as an anniversary gift and at first it was absolutely beautiful. The gold looked great and the quality seemed good for the price. Unfortunately less than 2 months later the gold has worn off and now it is just a silver necklace. I went to contact the seller about an exchange and have been told that the return/exchange window has closed. I find that to be absolutely absurd and extremely poor customer service. I've included a picture of the (now silver) necklace compared to a gold and silver bracelet. Feel free to purchase this necklace if you only need to wear it for a month, otherwise I would invest your money somewhere else. I'll update this post if the seller contacts me/offers an exchange. ________________________________ UPDATE: Though there was no communication, I received a new chain in the mail within a few weeks of this review. I updated the stars from 2 to 3 for good customer service.

I did a review this past week on a 7mm Figaro diamond cut 22" chain. Unfortunately after wearing the chain for a couple of days the licking mechanism did no longer work. I went to the lifetime web site where I had registered my chain. I got the address where to send the chain and email address. After returning the chain and sending an email my new replacement chain was here in only three days! No kidding! What a wonderful, wonderful amazing company. I knew when I ordered my chain I was purchasing the real deal. The new chain is just as lovely. Thanks lifetime family. You have a customer for life. You guys want something you can get an absolute guarantee on buy lifetime jewelry. It's a 10+ in my book. Blessings lifetime family!

Got it and looks so good

The plating on this chain didn't last 5 months. The core is stating to show through. I don't recommend buying this product. It's hard to tell in the Pic I shared but it a copper color, not gold...
