Blister protection and prevention for pointe work during ballet. These, however, do not simply stick on, rather you’ll need to wrap it- which isn’t an issue for the purpose since the toes usually get wrapped anyway. These are a nice size and are thicker than regular dancer dots.

These saved my toenails when running long runs while training for a half marathon! Would definitely recommend and purchase again.

I really like this product. I do ballet as a hobby and I use these when I dance on pointe. They have helped with the irritation and healing of blisters. Only thing it’s that they don’t stay on on their own. So I have to tape them down. Other than that pretty nice!

I love these. I used them for a burn. Just remember to take the film off.
