I have been taking over a wk now. Have noticed no weight lose BUT my gut feels a lot better. The whole digestive system is much better and my heart burn witch was a big problem is gone. For those benefits I will continue it. I did only buy 1 bottle cause I have got a lot of junk that didn't do what they said. I started taking 2 but many times only 1 and not much difference.
