JBL GO2 Waterproof Ultra Portable Bluetooth Speaker - Yellow

I have had this speaker for 4 years now and it is so reliable. The battery life is really good and i love that it’s waterproof because i can bring it to the beach on have it in the shower, I am also very accident prone so if there is a spill i do not have to worry. I have collected a lot of stains on mine after the years so i do need to find a way to clean it. I love how small and portable it is i can fit it in my smallest purse and bring it anywhere. The quality of the sound is really good too for a small group or large group. Would definitely buy this for a friend or family member as a nice gift.

I randomly came across this purchase in my history and wanted to give an update 5 years after the purchase. The speaker still works perfectly, the sound quality is just as clear and crisp as the day I bought it, I still use it every single day. If I had to say one ‘negative’ thing it would be that the battery capacity has decreased slightly which is totally expected given its age. It’s not a problem for me though because I leave it plugged in the bathroom so I can jam when getting ready or showering 95% of the time. This speaker would still be a good value at $60 honestly. Can’t say enough good things!

I have been looking for a small Bluetooth speaker that does not sound like a tin can for some time now. I have to say that I am very impressed with this JBL GO2 in regard to size and sound ratio. The speaker is small enough to fit in your hand but easily fills the room. I live in a small studio apartment that is roughly 450 sq ft and I can hear it clearly in any corner of my space. I enjoy taking this speaker with me to work as well which is a large, open warehouse event space. Even there it sounds really clear and crisp. If you do a little poking around on the internet you can find that there are different frequency modes as well that enhance the low and high ends. The battery life is great. It does take about 2 hours to fully charge so I usually charge it after using it each time to cut down on having to wait the full 2 hours. I am looking forward to trying this out in a water setting once quarantine is over. TL;DR - this speaker is a great value for the size and sound!

She is obsessed with this little speaker. She takes it in the shower with her and plays it in her room and for being such a tiny speaker it is very powerful, it has and is very loud. Very satisfied with this purchase and worth every penny!

I did some research prior to purchasing and knew the sound quality of the GO 2 wasn’t going to blow me away… it’s hardly better than the Mac Pro speaker (probably not better). But I bought it because it’s so cute and will suffice for my gaming needs. The battery is advertised to be 5 hours and that seems to be pretty accurate. It dies pretty frequently. Would look into other JBL products for actual music listening experience.
