These were for my 13-year-old son who just started boxing at a local gym. The coach said to just order some from Amazon and recommended these types (mini glove plus wrist wrap) vs. long wrap since it's easier for kids just starting out. I thought the gel to protect your knuckles would be good but my son said they kind of move around. I guess this is why when they get better they just move o to the real wraps. They fit well into his boxing gloves. Anyways, the length and fit are great and velcro is super sticky so no problems. I've even thrown these into the washer after a few weeks because I'm worried about the smell and they hold up just fine. Seems like a good value for the money and son is satisfied so I'll buy another of these if the current ones get worn out or move onto real wraps. We'll see but pretty good for his first 3 weeks of boxing.

Long wrist wrap support Adds extra knuckle protection Should be easy to wash Well ventilated 1 Con or concern: I do not believe this glove would completely replace a regular hand wrap for supporting the small bones on the back of the hand that flex on hard repeated impact (heavy bag or opponent) even if worn inside a larger full sized glove or open finger MMA type glove (may be a snug fit in the latter). There is no support for the back area of the hand in his glove. Just an observation. If you are using these alone with no other protection the best use is, probably if you are hitting target -pads someone else is holding or moveable object like a double ended bag or speed bag. End result: It's a keeper for the quality and price....I will find a use for them. UPDATE: I found a good way to use these (for me). Instead of using these "or" old style hand wraps ...I use these "and" the old hand wraps. These gloves add the extra protection for the knuckles....the old wraps I focus on the rest of the hand and wrist. It all still fits in my full sized Everlast boxing gloves. No wrist pain, no bleeding knuckles...just red with a little skin missing...not much.

Decent, high quality glove, but difficult to get secure wrap due to loose, stiff fabric. This is my first time buying quick hand wrap gloves because I'm always a bit late for class. As others have said, this is not an exact replacement for full hand wraps which do a lot more to fit to your hand and brace the wrist depending on your wrapping technique. My intention is to hit softer when I use these, but still be able to work on endurance and technique rather than power. Though a caveat is I did not try these on a heavy bag because I wasn't confident in the wrap around my wrist. I have very small, child-size hands, though they are 17cm in circumference. I tried 3 different brands. Padding seems similarly thick, and boxing gloves are definitely still needed for hitting a heavy bag. For these, there is a split around the wrist that I'm really not sure why. When I'm trying to tightly secure the wrap with one hand, it'll pull the rest of the glove fabric too much causing an even worse fit. I feel only using the 80cm wrap around the wrist (pictured) doesn't brace the wrist for impact well enough, and crossing across the wrist (also pictured) is necessary. The fabric under the padding and on the back of the hand also seems too stiff, but using the cross-wrist method seems to secure it? Ultimately the wrap felt too short and almost slippery to fully secure my wrist.

Absolute amazing product. If you do boxing/ muay Thai I 100% recommend. Takes way less time to put on than a rap, easily stored, and looks so fire on you.

As an inner boxing glove, these gloves are absolutely top and sufficient. I used them regularly for sandbag training and in sparring as inner boxing glove. It stabilizes the hand in the boxing glove and fills the boxing glove in such a way that the hands no longer slip through or because of the sweat. Being thin on the part of the palm allow you to have no discomfort in holding the rope handles or the weights in your hand, as the traditional bands inevitably create thickness even on the part of the palm. Overall at the moment I am quite satisfied and hope that they will not wear out too much over time. Very good value for money.
