DMI Sports Bristle Dartboard Cabinet Sets - Includes LED Lighting or Electronic Scoring Option

I bought this for my boyfriend as a gift, and he loved it. Everything is well put together and hangs on the wall nicely. BEWARE the electronic scoreboard. I LOVED this feature, but hanging it right next to the dartboard is incredibly impractical. During our first use (disregard my horrible aim), my dart hit the scoreboard and ruined it instantly. I recommend keeping the scoreboard in the cabinet and taking it out to use it, rather than hanging it. Unless you are completely confident in your aim!

Ordered this to get back into throwing darts again and overall I am pleased with this product. Cabinet looks nice and electronic score board works great, screws they sent to mount scoreboard were too long, but once I got shorter screws, I was playing games of 301. So far I have had no issues at all with this. I would order other darts. The ones that are included in this set are cheap and are not very good. I have other nice sets of darts already so I do not use the ones from the set.

The scoring system didn't work when we got it and Amazon shipped one immediately the next day. Great product!

Where do I begin?Every element of this product is disappointing. I did a fair amount of research trying to find a very high quality dart board cabinet. This one continued to pop up as a great option. It, however, is not.Let's start with the cabinet, they claim it is real wood but is in fact pressed plywood. No big deal, but it is a bit cheap. The cabinet also is missing the holes intended for mounting that the instructions state it has. The instructions state that there are holes in all four corners. There are not. Also, it does not come with the proper materials to mount to the wall. DisappointingMoving onto the darts. The darts provided are extremely cheap. I played 5 games with them and 3 out of the 6 darts shattered during play because another dart would hit the plastic shaft and break on impact.The board itself. This was truly the most disappointing part. The board resembles the play of an old corkboard where the darts leave holes in the board and often times bounce out on impact. I have played hundreds of games on a Winmau Blade 5 board and it still looks brand new, the board shows no wear or holes even after that many games. This one will leave a hole in the board on every throw. It is almost useless after a dozen games.The electronic scorer. The fact that I paid additional money for that thing is embarassing. It's hard to read, the buttons are hard to push to get them to register and it is honestly more work than just writing the score down which you can at least do on the chalk board provided.Overall, I am very disappointed and hope noone else makes the same mistake I did by purchasing this product.
