I did not like them & went back to my regular ones.I gave them to my friend & he loved them.I use them for bowel movements.

My Endo doctor recommended that I needed to take magnesium which is fine but I don’t know if everybody else noticed the pills that you get from the pharmacy they’re horse pills literally and I wanted some thing that I’ll be able to take. Is it easily not struggle going down my throat so once I walked into the doctors office and I had mentioned knees and she goes I actually approve of these number one because it has everything it’s a complex magnesium everything complete in it I started to drink it once a day, which is basically a night that’s when I need it because of the leg cramps in the water attention that I was in taking but Loosing Weight actually helped me a lot but I don’t take them once a day now I take them twice a day or when I need them basically but I never go outside the box and feel myself. I am brave enough to stop drinking them kids at the moment that I stop drinking them. All of my leg issues and leg cramps. They will come back instantly.
