Snappy Popcorn Snappy Yellow Popcorn Kernels, 4lb Resealable Jar, 4 Pound (Pack of 6)

I only received one of the 6 containers of popcorn kernels

I have been buying this product for a number of year, I eat it almost daily for snack. For some reason, I felt a big difference in quality between the cans I bought individually and the pack of 6. I'm reverting to individual cans hoping the quality sustains.

The Snappy Popcorn seems to pop more completely than the other brands I've tried. I also think the yellow is larger than the white.

I bought a small container of popcorn coconut oil, some flavacol, and this Snappy white popcorn and I've been having a blast making it on my stove. I am using a weird pot that I have that has a really heavy bottom but is almost a wok with a flat bottom (calphalon contemporary, not sure of the name of this shape. It's like a bowl/pan??It's literally my favorite pot and I use it everyday)I put a tablespoon of oil in the bottom, throw in 2 kernels, and heat it on 3.5/10 on my stove (which is hotter than most) and within 90 seconds, both kernels have popped. As soon as that happens, take the pot off the heat for a second, pick out the two popped kernels (if they're still in the pot and not on the floor!) and add your handful of popcorn, enough to cover the bottom of the pan, and then sprinkle with a decent amount of Flavacol. Put on the lid (mine is glass so I can watch) and shake the pan around on the heat to distribute all the heat and goodies for another 30 seconds or until all the kernels have popped.Using this method, I get more than 99% pop rate from this popcorn and there are almost no kernels. It also tastes delicious, so BONUS!!! Between the colored coconut oil and the Flavacol, this popcorn gets randomly and partially turned movie-theatre yellow so it looks great too. I like things salty, so I took the Flavacol warnings too seriously the first time and didn't add enough and it was really bland. You don't want to go crazy, but add a decent amount - not just a random sprinkle.This popcorn was suprisingly tasty and pops really well.

What a deal this is! These are huge so you will never run out. Fresh popcorn that pops up bigger and lighter.
