This stuff helps so much! You just put it on your toenails before you go to bed, then cut your nails the next morning after you get out of the shower. This stuff really does soften the nails, so the cutting is much easier.

As we age, our nails become more thick and brittle. This helps with that when clipping and between bathing, especially if you have arthritic hands.
