I take these for sleep support and they do the job nicely. I love the brand because of their quality. Whenever I buy supplements, I look for 3rd party certifications to ensure purity and quality. This one specifically has the NSF certification which I really like. The pills are easy to swallow and I do notice them relax me at night.

A pharmacist recommended Klean Magnesium ATHLETE Glycinate is one of the best reliable products in the US. It contains 90 Vegetarian Capsules, 120 mg. and suggested usage: 1-4 times daily. I missed reading "ATHLETE" and its suggestion. 1) 1-4 times daily which is inconvenient; 2) pricey containing 120 mg. 29%.

This product is certified, which means that it’s super clean and the ones that are not could have lead and other products in it that are harmful so make sure that you see the NSF certification on your vitamin supplements.
