This pan is great. Non stick is excellent. Love the detachable handle. Have cooked steak salmon pork. All came out great. Seems very well made. Has a bit of weight to it but not heavy. Nice size capacity. Good price too!

Great square frying/griddle pan. Super easy to clean - I hand wash all pots and pans out of habit but it is dishwasher safe. Love the 2 spouts for pouring. Given other top name brands, I am very, very happy with this product - and great price - and use it alot! Alot! Only thing is trying to find a square splatter lid - found one on Amazon and awaiting arrival - internationally - which I found very surprising. It was a challenge to find a square splatter lid and I do not know why. Other than that, it is a fantastic pan.

For those tired of dealing with the “hooplah” of cast iron, and want something that is easy to use, cooks great, is light weight and cleans up in a flash, then buy this!! That is why I bought it . I have a beautiful cast iron pan thatprofessionalchefs say to use because food cooks best in them but its a farce. It doesn’t cook so Unbelievably better that it is worth breaking your back getting it out of cabinet and not being able to handle quickly and not be able to move it w one hand Bc it is so heavy, having to deal w rust spots, worrying that you are injesting real iron and getting poisoned Bc it looks like the pan never truly comes clean, dealing with the olive oil after and then putting that slicked pan back in your cabinets and getting oil everywhere — yeah no!! I’m Done. This pan is the greatest thing.Lightweight, easy to handle w cleaning in sink And using one hand to move it around to it get out of your cabinet, food cooks and tastes great and the best part ? Is that it cleans up in a flash even if you have really “burned” your steak or veggies on it. Well worth the money And I would have paid but I paid for my “expensive “cast iron pot. I would’ve paid more, because this is much more user-friendly and cooks better

This item is very efficient with heat!! Start out lower to begin, as it uses less heat than usual. I used this on an electric cooktop to do a Huli Huli Hawaiian chicken recipe. First time using. Spattered! No fault of the grill. Yet produced a delicious meal after adjustment. As with any new purchase, it requires trial and error, but I am positive that I will find many uses (kabobs, eggplant, etc) and I would give this grill a high five for potential use. I would have appreciated an included pamphlet giving some guidance.ADD ON. After using this for some time I am so pleased with it as I am finding more and more ways to cook using it. Eggplant is wonderful! Kabobs, perfect. Once you understand the heat needs, fish is not overcooked but flaky. Marinated meat is done easily and cooks beautifully. I live alone in a third floor apartment and cannot have an outdoor grill. I continue to find new uses for this item. And yes, the cleanup is amazing!! After weeks of use I just had to add my satisfaction with this grill.

Best Kitchen item I have ever purchased. Grill steaks to perfection, even leaving grill marks. Can't wait to see other meals come out to perfection. This was purchased to cook steaks and it delivered. One word : WoW

Well I’m impressed. My skillet arrived tonight just in time to put a nice sear on a slab of tenderloin. It heats evenly, the handle easily snaps into place, it’s nicely weighted and is NOT unnecessary heavy. I cooked the steak on almost the highest heat and yet… after cooking I could have cleaned it with a paper towel. It’s the best nonstick skillet I’ve ever used.

I absolute Love, Love Love this pan. I use it for everything possible, mostly use it to bake & broil meats and everything comes out Perfect!! It's so easy to clean; I've even used it for my BBQ Chicken and all I have to do is soak it for a few minutes in detergent and it cleans up like new. I haven't used it on top of the stove yet, but I love that it has the detectable handle feature as well, it's an Awesome Pan!!!
