Q: can these mirror tiles be cut?

They are real glass so if you have experience cutting glass it is possible.

Q: The mirrors are extremely hard to remove. I’ve even tried using a knife to pry them off. Any suggestions on what would make it easier?

Try using a hairdryer or heat gun on low to soften the adhesive pads. That might work.

Q: How thick is the glass?

I think a few millimeters. It’s thin.

Q: Can I use e40 glue to stick it to my walls

I would imagine so. It comes with a sheet of double sided foam tape cut into squares though, and they're pretty strong, so I don't think you would need any other adhesive.
