Great tool for use along with my Chen Style Tai Chi class. The foot movements are not exactly the same, but otherwise very happy!

This is a very good introductory video to learn the Old Frame 38 section routine of the Chen's. Master Cheng demoded the moves one by one to reveal the secrets of teh Tai Ji. However, like all the Chinese Martial arts, it's important to get a good teacher to correct your moves. Learning from DVD can only make you know how to "make" the moves, but a good teacher can help you to know whether you make it correctly or not. However, as a DVD title, this is a good choice to buy.
