Tiara came in slightly bent as it was not packed in a box. One would think such a beautiful item would be better protected when shipped. Came in a standard shipping bag with no protection whatsoever, not even bubble wrapped. Had husband carefully bend it back into shape, or close to it. It still looks a little off, but not as bad as it came in as. Other than that, the tiara is gorgeous and is heavier than I expected. This is not one of the ones you pick up for your 6 year old kid for play time.
