Ramus Single Handle Vessel Sink Bathroom Faucet in Satin Nickel, FVS-1007SN

I made a change to my guest bathroom. I installed a new countertop and vessel sink, this faucet was the perfect addition, works wonderfully and looks awesome!

OK, so I have a tall "vessel" bathroom sink, like 5 inches tall, that sits on top of bathroom counter. This means that the faucet needs to be REALLY tall in order to clear the sink edge (and have extra room for ease of use). Crazy me, I didn't fully understand that at first, ah! I bought a kinda-tall faucet at Lowes and it was not tall enough. Easy return to Lowes, thank goodness. Didn't know Amazon would have faucets, but hey they do. This one was basically one of the only ones tall enough and the price was reasonable. I like the "gold" finish (there were a few finish choices). The design is sleek and simple and modern, looks just like photos. I like the simple on/off handle a lot. The item was boxed directly by the manufacturer and packaged very good. All parts and instructions were included. I had a handyman install it and he said it was medium-easy to install. It looks great and has been functioning well with daily use for like 3 months already. No problems. I recommend. :)

My wife and I love this. It's very appealing (to us) aesthetically, seems to be very well made and it works perfectly. For those who are DIY inclined: I found it easy to install. When installing, I ran into a minor problem that was totally my fault, but I'm mentioning it to prevent others from doing the same thing. It has 2 fastening mechanisms: (1) There's a plate with a 1 3/8 inch threaded hole and the bottom of the main tube is threaded. (2) The plate also has smaller threaded holes for two bolts that are tightened after the main tube has been tightened. Those two bolts are slotted for a Phillips screw driver and the installation instructions only mention that means of tightening them. The bolt heads are also hex shaped to accommodate a wrench for tightening. At first, I didn't even notice that the bolts could be tightened with a wrench, so I thrashed trying to use Phillips screw drivers---long, short, offset, whatever. The bolts were in a tight awkward position which I could only reach at full arm's length. While doing this, I noticed light reflecting from a flat surface on the bolt head and discovered that they had wrench-fitting hex heads. After that, I easily finished tightening them using a small quarter-inch ratchet, a short extension and an 8 mm socket. The installation manual and spec sheet are available on the Kraus USA web site, though it took some effort to find them. I would include links to them but, as I just learned, that violates Amazon's rules for submitting reviews.

The faucet is stylish, easy to install and works well. However I had an issue with the fittings to the water supply. They constantly leaked and the washers supplied would not seal . They deformed after several attempts to get them to work, The washers became useless. So I went to my local hardware store and purchased bevel washers and pressed them into the 2 fittings. They worked perfectly, tight fit and no leaks. Cost about $2.00

great faucets. stand up tall enough to clear the vessel sink. spray pattern is nice and doesn't splash. I'd buy it again.

Looks great,works great and very easy to install. Plus this stain free stainless steel is impressive

A fair price with good quality and looking.

I had previously used a Kraus faucet. After moving, I was startled by the loud noise every time I used the faucet in the bathroom. I tried various methods, wondering if it was due to high water pressure, but couldn't resolve it. Finally, I decided to replace the faucet. I chose Kraus, which I had used before. My decision solved everything. The tap water flowed smoothly and quietly. It wasn't the high water pressure; the original faucet itself was the problem. The master bathroom faucet is also noisy. I want to replace it with a Kraus soon.

I really like my new vessel sink faucet. I love the quality, it's not a cheaply made faucet, it's heavy metal and very sturdy. I also like the look, it looks great in my bathroom. The water flow is just right!

I bought 3 Kraus products for my bsmt remodel. One kitchen sink, kitchen faucet and bathroom faucet. 3 for 3! They are crafted nicely. Beautiful solid sleek faucet. More than enough height for a vessel sink.
