Easy to use and looks great
Diploma fits easily into the frame and looks really nice on the wall.

It was a good quality frame.

Slightly disappointed...
It had a tom of potential to be a really nice frame. I finally have an office so I wanted to frame all my diplomas and I'm pretty disappointed in this frame... first, it's quite possible that the person who wrote the own description didn't know what "lustrous" meant, so just in case it means: having luster; shining. This is NOT lustrous at all. I added a picture of my other "lustrous" finished diploma frame. But I think that I can fix that. Second, it's got a chip out of it where the frame comes together in the corner. Not on the edge, like in the middle of the frame... needless to say it's pretty obvious and hard to miss. And was definitely chipped prior to shipping...
