Comfortable, durable, inexpensive, perfect.
Absolutely amazing, durable, comfortable. I’ve worn them about 5-6 days a week for 8-10 hours a day.

Five stars all day to these boots
This is my second purchase (first pair lasted a year with daily wear and was still useable when I donated them to goodwill) These boots served me like a soldier with nothing for maintenance except daily shoe tree insertion and the occasional 4000psi power wash Never had any traction problems on all types of wet and dry surfaces They are not waterproof but not too bad with holding back water Feet feel substantially cooler in theses suede/textile boots than an all leather or synthetic/rubberized/pvc type They are light and comfortable with no toe protection and the laces are beefy and tough with abrasions These boots survived and thrived where I live now like no other pair I have owned even at thrice the pricepoint This is what I mean in detail: florida climate(feet are always hot and sweaty) brutal daily abuse from residential contractor work(masonry-carpentry-electrical-plumbing-roofing-drywall-landscaping-tile) frequent water intrusion from rain or work frequent contact with caustic material (wet concrete-redguard-muriatic acid-thinset-grout-caulk-wood and metal shavings-blacktop-welding sparks) They dont squeak creak bunch or pinch with no rips or tears or sole separation and this after 11 months of daily abuse The stock insoles were replaced with leather shock reducing ones as soon as I got them and after that all I worried about was keeping them dry and odor free Really surprised me that for under 50 bucks my feet were worry free for a year (I probably could have stretched another year out of them if need be) Sizing was realistic -I ordered my usual size and fit was perfect I really love these boots and often wear them outside of work because they are not clunky or industrial looking with a huge toebox They actually look good with a pair of jeans or khakis

Very good boots for Peace Officers.
I’m a civil servant and I have owned a pair of these boots for the last 7 months, I loved them. They fit well they are comfortable and they are strong for my tasks. Fairly water proof and the zipper NEVER BROKE! My last pair of boots were Men's 8" Thorogood Side Zipper Work Boots and they lasted me about 3 years when I bought these in February I thought they would last at least a year unfortunately these boots failed right at 7 months from purchase. That kind of hurt my feelings. But I will say for the money they are pretty darn good I just wish there was something they could do to make them last longer. I will be purchasing these again but I wish I could insure them so when they fail in under 1 year they can be replaced. Or at least partially paid for.

Ems newbie approved
I adore these boots. Bought them as a EMS Student . I have been jumping out of ambulance cars and running around in them for weeks. My feet dont hurt, the hold up good and are comfortable. Good boots for the price. They come in wide with for people with flat feet. A good bye

Funny Story
I never ever write reviews. Thing is, I felt compelled to do so by a funny story. First off, you get what you paid for with these boots and, given the affordable price, you don't get way too much. Quality is ok but even before I used them I noticed some bad stitches and poor finish specially around the zipper cut out. I also recommend you get a midsole as the one included couldn't be thinner than a diabetes strong diet waffle. My wife was kind enough to hand clean the boots after my first outing which put these boot through some mud and turf. After that first clean they already got some (very minor) steins which I kinda felt wouldn't be an issue on more notable brands. Anyhow I took these boots fishing for the first time and literally 10 mins into the adventure I catched a cat fish. The thing slimed it's way out of my hands and landed on the side of the boot with its dorsal fin. I took me a few seconds to realize what was going on because I had no clue as to why I was feeling so much pain from a fish falling to the ground. That catfish managed to stick about three cms into my left foot and as I pulled the thing out a piece of sock lining came along as well. I really felt curious as to how a 8 cm puny fish managed to penetrate these supposedly military boots with so much ease. Had the thing been bigger enough I think sock lining was not the only thing coming off that pull. I understand these boots were designed with some breathability in mind but if you plan to put these shoes though their paces, make sure it doesn't involve more than walking and dry hiking. EDIT #1: After a second outing, I'm inclined to upgrade these boots to a 4 star rating. Yesterday they held up pretty well to some wet hiking and to my surprise they look very close to the day I got them. I'm finding them extremely dependable and durable so I'll keep updating this review in the upcoming weeks. By the way, photos of the catfish puncture and status after that heavy second use enclosed.

Very comfortable from the start
Very comfortable from the very first day, these boots broke in quickly and my feet never got sore during the break-in period. I really like the bigger toe box on these, most tactical boots I have tried have a smaller toe box and rub the top of my toes the first few weeks causing extreme pain until they are broken in, the larger toe box on these made it so this was not an issue. The materials these boots are made out of seem a little lighter and less quality than the other boots I have used over the past few decades, but at the price point I wasn't expecting top of the line materials. I'll see how well they hold up over regular use, and update my review if there are issues with the quality that affects the life of the boot. Overall, for the price point, they are much better than I expected. Hoping they work out well and last a while.

Awesome Boots
I've been wearing these boots daily for about 2 1/2 years now. I have worked in them, hiked in them, and just worn them as my general footwear nonstop. For the price they can't be beat. Mine are pretty worn and scuffed by this point and they're STILL incredibly comfortable boots. They seem waterproof, I honestly don't know if they're advertised as such but it's never been a problem for me. They do get marked up pretty easy if you wear them regularly but they're very comfortable all day. As for aesthetically, they give that combat boot appearance without being high top boots. Seem to support the ankle well. No problems with the zipper or velcro. My right boot has a tear in the inside in the back but it causes me no problems. Been there a while, so be warned about that possibility but I don't baby them at all, I'm quite rough with them and don't untie them to take them off. I just unzip and slip them right off so it's bound to happen from the friction. You'll probably be fine if you're not as lazy as I am lol. By this point the insole is a bit warn and they're not as comfortable to wear all day as they once were, but really not by much. They're still surprisingly comfortable after almost 3 years of daily wear, and a new insole would solve that. Either way, the boots themselves are a great price and as long as they keep making them I'll never wear another boot.
