I’ve been using the Oral-B iO Series Ultimate Clean Replacement Round Brush Heads for a little while now, and they’re exactly as good as you’d expect from the Oral-B brand. The crisscross bristles really do a deeper clean than a standard brush head. My teeth feel noticeably smoother and cleaner after every use. They reach into the grooves and along the gumline without being harsh, and I can definitely tell they’re helping with plaque removal. They fit perfectly on my iO toothbrush and don’t wiggle or feel flimsy at all. Comfort is great too. Not too firm but still effective. The pack of 4 is good value, and I like having a fresh head ready when I need it. Overall very happy with these and would recommend them to anyone with an Oral-B iO looking for a reliable, high-quality replacement head. Would buy again.

For goodness sake buy the genuine ones and not the after market ones. I know other Oral B toothbrushes have after market brush heads that are reasonable but not for this toothbrush buy the real deal and here is why. I have been buying these for quite a while now and they are excellent for cleaning the teeth. Really teeth feel clean and whiter after use the are perfect. Only thing that puts them back is the price, it is pretty excessive. I looked around to see if there were any cheaper options and found one, now I notice here there is a review of an after market brand from someone with a dentist background who said the ones she bought were a little tough to put on and could possibly cause damage to teeth. I thought that was probably someone being a bit OTT and picked up a set of after market brush heads from another brand (that did appear to look like Oral B) They had the same red flags, a little tougher to click on and when switched on seemed to spin around faster than the ones I had bought here. On using them only a few times I found them to be really abrasive on my teeth and quickly threw them away because I could feel they were going to do some serious damage to my teeth. In short, stick to the genuine brand, they may be a little more expensive but you get what you pay for which is good quality toothbrush heads that work well do the job and dont damage your teeth.

Good quality. Quite expensive but the price is similar everywhere. Durable. A tighter fit than the brush heads that came with the toothbrush originally.
