Vivere Cacoon Hanging Songo Chair- Indoor/Outdoor Olefin Canvas- 440 lb Capacity (Sand)

Myself and kids were very excited to have fun in this unique cacoon hammok. My excitement was immediately lost while trying to build the product. The instructions were essentially worthless. They are basically a summary of 5 bullet points with poorly taken pictures. When trying to put the poles together they would not completely insert and then when trying to remove they remained stuck no matter how hard I tried by hand or with tools (see photo and video). I figured out there is a clear polarity to the poles, and I did put them in the right position, however this is not mentioned in the instructions. The Vivere website claims that it is a great product to take to the beach or use camping. I guess their hope is you have to leave it there and buy another one when you return home because you won't be able to take it apart to fit back in your car. This is clearly a poorly designed and engineered product. DO NOT BUY!!
