However, it does not have a serial number identification and has not held a battery charge to operate longer than 10 mins since opened. Furthermore, the bluetooth link to other headsets does not work. Very disappointed with purchase and have no recourse without a serial number with Sena. ### ⭐⭐ Battery already giving out after six months *by C***A on January 24, 2025* It’s been six months since i purchased this and now the battery will not keep a charge. I charge it overnight within an hour of use it says it’s dying. Very frustrating! Contacting sena today.
