Heavy-duty and powerful. Still trying to get used to the power, even at the lowest speed. Definitely must use a high-sided mixing bowl or you will be wearing whatever you are mixing!

I had to replace my original mixer that I had for years!!! It finally burnt out. I read the reviews and they were pretty good about this mixer. Im glad I got it! It comes with a container attached to it to store the blades which is really nice feature. It has 5 speeds which is so awesome. It goes really fast so be careful when you turn it up otherwise you will have cake batter everywhere! It’s well made and easy to detach the mixers.

I bought the Mueller hand blender to replace an old Kitchen aid hand mixer that was on the fritz. My first impression with the Mueller is that it is much, much more powerful- perhaps even too powerful for some jobs. I'm a decently experienced baker, and I use a hand mixer for a good percentage of batters, cookie doughs, etc. This unit is powerful enough to handle a small batch of chocolate chip cookie dough (though I'd normally go for the stand mixer for larger batches), muffin and cake batters, pizzelle batter (a stiff batter), noodles, and the like. It's fantastic for whipping egg white based baked goods into peaks in no time. I've been on a macaron baking kick lately, and this mixer gets the egg whites and sugar to stiff peaks in a couple of minutes- much faster than my old mixer. My major hangup with this unit is that it has no slow speed. When combining dry ingredients into wet ingredients, I've made sure to whisk everything together part of the way with the beater blades turned off, unless I want a cloud of flour or powdered sugar all over my kitchen. Other mixers have a "slow" setting 1 speed that is helpful for this kind of gentle whisking. The Mueller, on the other hand, seems to have 5 different turbo speeds. That's great for most things, but not when you want to mix something gently. In the months I've used this mixer, I've never really needed to use the highest two speeds. Overall, I recommend it, but definitely a solid 4 stars.

FINALLY someone got smart and made a compartment that holds all the accessories within the container. It container clips right on to the bottom of the mixer so I never had to go hunting for the mixer attachments. LOVE that aspect. Mixer works great. Does all the mix-y things a mixer is supposed to do. A++ Great wedding or white elephant gift. Good price.

I have been impressed with this mixer from the moment I took it out of the box. I plugged it in and put it on the low speed just to make sure that it worked. POWERFUL on the low speed. I decided to make mashed potatoes, which turned out wonderful. It did a fantastic job with quick and easy cleanup and again I just used low speed. I am wondering what I could possibly make to use the higher speeds. LOL!!! It also comes with an attachment I guess for making dough and I have longed to make bread so I can’t wait to try that feature. And I love the compartment that houses the attachments and connects to the mixer. So impressed with the mixer!!!!!

I bought this hand mixer in 2021 and have used it maybe 3-4 times a year since, for whipping frosting for birthday cakes. I thought it was pretty good quality, if perhaps too fast, even at the lowest setting. While making my most recent cake, the beater completely snapped while mixing! This was super scary!!! I could have easily been hit at a really high velocity by shrapnel!!! Luckily, I was not. Now in looking for replacement beaters, I’m learning that I cannot buy them!?! Why would I buy a new motorized part for one little piece of metal? This is stupidly wasteful. I see that others have had similar problems, so I urge you to buy a hand mixer for which you can order replacement parts, as I will soon be doing.

I was in need of a mixer when mine gave out. A friend found this Mueller hand mixer on Amazon. I quickly ordered it thinking it would help me get by until I replaced my stand mixer. After the first use of this hand mixer I am no longer in a hurry to replace my stand mixer. This mixer is made of excellent quality, easy to manage while in use, excellent power and easy to clean. It comes with two sets of betters which was an unexpected plus. I would highly recommend this product.

I bought this on a Prime day special for under $15. However the performance and appearance are far superior to the hand mixer it replaced at double that cost that I had purchased a few years ago. This hand mixer comes with beater and hooks and a dedicated place directly underneath the motor to store your cord and accessories. Please it just looks nice with a sleek brushed steel.
