I sometimes wear this, and it is great at supporting my back and walking around at home. I don't wear it too tight to adjust my waistline, I like the look, style, price, and the comfortablity that it provides. It's really really good. Just don't wear it while eating or straight after you've eaten. It's Comfortable to wear when you wake up before you eat, and a couple hours after you've eaten in the evening, or when you need Support with moving around.

I have bought several of these ,in black, from other companies. I was looking for a nude to wear under lighter clothes. This trainer is very flimsy and bunches up under the bust. Don't even bother with this.

I used this for waist training and support. Does the job. I found that I needed to wear a tank top under it to prevent irritation from the Velcro, but that’s true of all of these for me.
