I gifted to my friend. When he tried to pair with his mobile. It says it's already paired with some other devices.Help me to solve this issue.

My wife gifted me this wallet on our anniversary and it was the best gift I have ever received. Setup was easy and was able to use it without much fuss. It works perfectly too, has a premium feel too.. not like the usual cheap chinese stuff. Totally worth the price as we get a good quality branded wallet plus smart technology! Even branded normal wallets cost the same as this smart wallet.

This is a very good product with very good features would like to gift it to friends who are in marketing.

First, the wallet was very nice. My husband liked the size and quality.The stars are marked down for the technology. There were insufficient instructions for paring with a phone and we had to search the internet for them. Then it wasn’t an easy process to get that done. Have not yet been able to get the wallet to ring the phone although the phone finds the wallet. Also it shows a pretty large area, so it’s not like you can lose the wallet in a house and find it. But you can be reasonably sure it’s in the building.Finally, we haven’t really tried leaving the wallet and seeing if that alert works. However, we have been alerted when the wallet was right there.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband, it would be perfect. He is always misplacing his phone and I don't know how many Credit Cards have been reissued.For some reason the software was just not compatible with his phone.I feel like I should give this a fair review, but can't, so I'm going middle other road at *2.5*

This is great for someone who always misplaces their wallet. You can easily track it with your phone and a bonus is if you accidentally misplace your phone & it's on silent you can push a button on this wallet to find it. It's definitely worth the money. The wallet itself is high quality leather as well.

This thing was horrible. It doesn’t send me a notification when it gets out of range. Also the last location of it on the apps map is never right. I had really high hopes for this really disappointed

My hubby had me return this because there wasn't enough pockets. Also, he was afraid the ID insert would get separated and lost.
