Oswald Chambers always challenges me to think about a subject (in this case principles found in the Sermon on the Mount) in a new way. I particularly like his way of explaining what principle Jesus was addressing in the culture of His day and how/why that principle can be applied in my life in my culture today.

A great book to read to remind yourself of all that the Sermon on the Mount means to us. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to live a life pleasing to the Lord.

Oswald was very loving and a devoted Christian. He is the greatest Christian writer I have read. He devoted his life to God first and we greatly benefit from his writing.
