We haven't had sunshine since Christmas so we don't know if they color change but all in all they are pretty and my daughter said they great to work with 👍

The bands are good quality and easy to use for making bracelets but all the colors in the bag change to purple in the sun. I thought each color would be a different color in the sun but they all are purple.

Half of the bands in the package were NOT the solar type as shown; false advertising. I gave two stars because the half that were solar worked well and changed colors as shown.
