Are these safe for sparing

They are the same ones that my son uses in his dojo for techniques and forms, so if they use them for sparring yes. My son’s dojo doesn’t not use them for sparring.

It is soft on the outside but in the middle it has a like hard plastic rod that goes through it

Can I get 2 of each different colors when I buy a pack of 4? (say I just want 2 red and 2 blue)
