Ok so there are few points to note.. First of this system includes mcAffe and ms office trial versions. Which is actually good.. Second it has a decent processor (prefer amd ryzen 3 from a qualified brand ) which gives 168 fps in mc java.. Also handles a ton of load Third the bios is locked by the brand so you cannot increase the gram of integrated graphics you can by installing lates intel drivers which might (Idk ) remove your warrant. So prefer not to do anything else with the system until warranty ends.. Last Upgrading ram is a must. Cuz in a normal workload it consumes 3 gb of ram so pls upgrade to 8gb 2400mhz is the ram speed. (Removing panel and upgrading ram doesn't void your warranty. ) Overall a very good purchase the price could have been cheaper. You can upgrade to i5 9400 down the line if you want.... Very budget friendly..And a very quite sysytem

The speed and processing power are reasonable. But it got faulty after a weeks’ use. The customer service was prompt in repairing it. Hopefully the problem shouldn’t happen again

Very good product

I bought this product about 3 months ago for my kid. Initially it worked fine but after a month of usage it is so slow that I have to wait 10 minutes after power in to do any task. Opening apps takes ages and it does not feel like it has Intel Processor inside. Unfortunately the return policy has expired, otherwise I would have returned it. Not sure if the issue is with Lenovo or this particular unit. My advise, spend some extra money and get better models from DELL.

Very nice, it had inbuilt bluetooth and wifi which i did not expect. The size was so compact and very light weight. Awesome pc. It would have been much better if MS office also given along with windows 10.

This product suppose to give 1 year warranty but the lenova website shows only 8 months. this is illegal and the product must be on the same warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase. I may return the item if this is not clarified in 2 days.

Every penny we spend on this PC is worth to its performance. I bought the PC with pre-installed windows 10 which is user friendly when we ourself get introduced to the system. Also they provided access to MS office through easy sign in. Another important thing is that the system suits for the speaker system once I bought 14 years back. The PC readily adopted to the music system which was old one. I was very much surprised to see that. Overall satisfied with the product.

It will perform great if you upgrade it. I have added an 4GB DDR4 Ram & m.2 NVME SSD. Only Nvme m.2 ssd is supported in this, i bought an sata m.2 by mistake, had to return.
