Highly recommend!
Very good value for money as it comes in a pair. Very useful for me to wear them inside my ice skates, they provide gel-cushioned support and greatly reduce the pain. They are also thin enough so they do not make my ice skates tighter. Really happy to find these on Amazon.

Did not make a blind bit of difference.
After reading all the 5 star reviews. I decided to give the CRS cross lace bite pads a try. After waiting a couple of weeks, this morning the pads arrived. I popped one on, did up my Mission hockey inline skate and flexed forward and instantly felt lace bite. In fact it actually felt worst than before (but I have to admit it is a while since I was last able to use my skates. I then tried on my Bauer ice hockey skates, exactly the same thing. The strip of padding at the front of the pads has about the same cushioning (if anything slightly less) as one of the Compeed gel heal blister plaster, my wife has used in the past. It is no where near enough to stop the discomfort from the pressure points of the lace cross on the skate tongue when flexing forward. With several local ponds and one car park completly frozen over. I am going to head over today, to the one that has the least people (as am shielding) to have a skate. But no using the CRS Cross non effective lace bite pads. Of course it is up to you, if they are genuine, these pads seem to have helped a lot of people. For me they were absolutely pointless, not easing the lace bite in the least. When going to process the return, my option were to pay postage myself or UPS collection (I contacted Amazon to find out more about the UPS collection service and it is actually drop off the package to UPS drop off point for collection. I was also told that should I select to pay postage myself then it would be expensive as they needed to go back to China. Whilst on the chat text with Amazon, I opened a tab and search for the nearest drop off point and it was a shop that is I understand shut due to the lockdown. The next nearest drop off point would involve a 55 minute each way, bus ride to get to. When I pointed this out the Amazon customer service representative managed to find a solution that did not involve my having to risk exposure to Corona virus.

Excellent
There's one gel pad, so you gotta pick where on your feet it will go to alleviate your pain, but over all happy with it, though it is open in the toe so I bought another gel product for it so I'm all covered when I skate
