Best White elephant gift!
I chose the Lego Minifigure Display Case 16 Black, Large as a white elephant gift, and it was a hit with my friend. The case's sleek design and sturdy build make it a standout choice for showcasing Lego minifigures, turning a simple collection into a display-worthy feature. It's incredibly giftable for Lego enthusiasts of any age, offering both a practical and aesthetically pleasing way to organize and display cherished minifigures. The value for money is excellent, considering its quality and the joy it brings to Lego collectors.

A nice sturdy figure display case
Got this specifically for my Dr.Who figures. Had more than enough space for them and maybe even some of my favorite companions! It's a fairly solid display case that comes with small grey lego bases you can use if your figures don't have ones of their own. It can be hung on the wall by two screw holes in the top back but is stable enough to just be free standing as well. Be aware that it Is on the heavier side so if you don't have something sturdy to either place it on or have more than paneling to put the screws into, it won't stay put. So keep that in mind when you decide where you want to use it. It has two front "doors" that you open in order to place the figures inside. Mine was a bit stubborn to get open but nothing too trying. It only means my little Doctors won't be getting away to their TARDIS any time soon. ;) This isn't something for little kids though I don't think. More for the collectors out there with a need to have their figures and what all stay put.

Love these cases and buying together saved some money
These LEGO minifigure display cases are awesome. I've bought a couple red ones individually before this and felt like I paid a bit more per case. Buying together like this is the way to go if you need/want multiples. There's a stand for your figures inside each compartment that will hold them in place. Plenty of space in each compartment if your minfigure has some accessories that stick out from their hands or back or head (or wherever!). The cases are clear so that you can see well what is on display. These interlock so you can stack them, if desired, and work with the smaller 8 minifigure displays that are also made by the manufacturer. Highly recommend.

Great case for minifigs
This is a very good case for storing and displaying minifigs. The only problem is characters that have bigger accessories might not fit. I have a Darth Maul minifigure who holds a double sided lightsaber. Because of the size of his Lightsaber, he won't fit. Besides that, most figures should fit easily. Holds 16 figs. A great feature I like is, because the case is built like a LEGO piece, you can stack multiple of these cases on top of each other to create interesting displays. These cases come in multiple colors including Grey and black. I only wish they were a little less pricey. $35 is a bit high. $25 seems a more fair price.

Nice Display for Your Minifigures, BUT....
I really like the new style of this minifigure display case because of the clear portions. BUT and it's a big one and here's the background on why. I have several of the earlier, colorful cases like this. I think they're great because of how you can stack them. When I bought these new black and clear cases I had assumed that they would work with the older ones. No way in hell will they. These new cases are slightly smaller than the older ones and will not interlock/stack together. THAT is a big disappointment because I had hoped to combine them all. Also the other big difference between the old and new is the base plate the minifig is put on is smaller in the new ones, so if there are accessories, there is not much space to add them. A big plus for the new ones is the ease of opening the case to place or take out the minifigs. The old ones opened by pushing down on a large button on the top to unlock the front panel, which then opened toward you. It was hinged on the bottom. The new ones have a double door design that has small grips in the middle and open to the right and left. You don't have to open the entire case to access just one minifigure. The other plus for the newer style is the clear sides. You can see your minifigs from almost all directions with just the top and bottom of the case being black plastic. In spite of the fact that these newer ones cannot be stacked on the older ones, I still recommend them for minifigures.

Not the cheapest option, but well designed and well made!
I’d been juggling around ideas for displaying my minifigure collection, and decided to just go with this official Lego display case—I bought the bigger one that fits 18 figures. I like this as a display solution: nice, convenient front opening doors; removable flat pieces that the lego figs attach to, making it easier to change things; light, sturdy construction; and the fact that you can buy a bunch and connect them together, and hang them on the wall. Although there are technically only 16 slots, it is possible to put two figures in each one, which means you potentially display 32 figures, possibly even more if you’re clever. Overall, a great and simple display solution for your minifigure collection!
