Authentic but marked-up & dirty. Fit true to size. Disappointed. Glue drips down the front.

Absolutely love these boots!! The quality is fantastic and they are seriously the most comfortable boots!! They keep my feet nice and warm when it's raining and they have amazing traction during icy and snow conditions. I bought some Steve Madden fleece linings (on amazon) to wear inside the boots on days that are particularly cold. I expect to get many, many years of use from these boots. If they are good enough for Kate Middleton, they are good enough for me. I would give them 6 stars is I could :-)

The material used for the boots is awful. Every time the dry after wearing, there are white marks that I have to wipe away.

I have large calves and a high instep so most boots are uncomfortable for me especially when I want to wear them over pants. When I put these on, my foot when right in with no tugging and over my slim leg jeans. They were so comfortable, never rubbed my foot and I wore them all day.. I love them!

LOVE! Everyone has Hunter wellies. These are better, and unique. I love that they are not so shiny. They're comfy and warm.

Great fit and comfortable boot. Very happy with purchase. Prefer over Hunter boots. Better quality and no chemical smell.

I wear size 4 (37) in Hunter boots with thick walking socks. Having had two pairs of Hunters split after just one year's wear, reluctantly I had to consider an alternative brand.I ordered size 37 Le Chameau boots but they are too long in the foot. I inserted insoles but they were still too big resulting in excessive movement up and down around the ankle with each step. This is very disappointing as the boots appear to be good quality and light weight rubber. I was also disappointed to see that the buckle on the side is purely decorative and cannot be used to adjust the boot leg.I am not inclined to purchase a smaller size just in case they do not fit as it cost me £15 to return the size 4 boots to Denmark via MyHermes (which, incidentally is a very good price compared with other carriers).

I have had many, many pairs of Wellington boots in my life, and the Le Chameau brand is definitely the best, and worth the extra money. Why, you ask? Well, they are super comfortable - genuinely comfortable enough to walk several hours in them, without any of the sweaty feet/ socks being tugged down/ feet aching from lack of support etc. that you get from cheaper brands. The sole is sturdy, the lining is comfy, and I personally find that the snug fit of the ladies version is good - more flattering and also more comfortable than wellies that kind of flop around your leg. My one key learning from my last pair of these is that you do need to take care of them, which means washing them down and applying the recommended silicon spray periodically. This stops the rubber from cracking. I didn't take care of my last ones (didn't know that I had to) and after about 2.5 years they developed cracks. I wear wellington boots pretty much everyday (live in the country and have a dog) so having decent footwear is important. If they are not super muddy then these are shapely and stylish enough to wear into town on a rainy day and not look like a total hick :-) I've also worn them to Glastonbury festival and a few other music festivals and they worked well for that too. My husband has Hunter wellies and the big difference I've noticed is how much lighter and more flexible these are.

Really disappointed. Few times i wore them great .put away properly in storage ..totally split .customer service not great .a waste of a lot of money .
