Grip Power Pads FIT Lifting Grips Women Workout Gloves the Alternative to Gym Gloves 1 Pair / 2 Pads

It always hurts my hands to do dead lifts from the grip on the bar... not anymore!

I was looking for hand pads to use while doing plank rows, etc. I've been wrapping a wash cloth around the dumbbells as a cushion because my hands just hurt too much. I saw these, and they looked like they'd give me enough padding. I must say that the cushioning is fantastic! Unfortunately, the straps are so thick that they hit the cord on my powerblock weights. My hands were going numb because the pads are too thick, I had to tighten them so they wouldn't hit the cord, or maybe I'm gripping too tightly. In addition, the pad doesn't cover up to my fingertips, so it was just an uncomfortable feel to have the pads only go up to my knuckles. If I pulled the pads up to my fingertips, the straps would hit the powerblock cord. Can't win. I'll try ones that don't have a strap and just wrap around the weight. If you have traditional dumbbells, these will probably work better. I really wish I could give them more stars, but these just didn't work for me. If you need lots of cushioning, then these are great.

I have arthritis and dupuytren's in my hands, making lifting weights a bit painful for my palms. But these are great, they cushion my hands just enough to make it easier to grab onto machines and free weights, but not bulky enough to get in the way. They are easy to put on and take off, a lot easer than gloves, which I don't find very comfortable. Recommend if you have any issues with your hands, or even just to make those weights just a little more comfortable, which helps. Definitely recommend.

Even though I’ve been working out for a quite a while now, my hands will still sometimes hurt and get sore from gripping those metal bars. I used to use the Versa Gripps religiously until I lost them at the gym one day. They’re quite expensive so I couldn’t get myself to buy another one.PROS:- comfortable; doesn’t give me this weird sensation I get in my hands when I wear full-covered gloves- definitely helps with grip- able to put on & take off quicklyCONS:- I personally think it’s a little too thick. I think they could’ve still been great grips even if it was a little thinner.- I don’t think these were meant for extra-heavy weightlifting. I do use these for my heavier sets when my hands start to hurt, but they’re not the best to use when I do my heaviest sets I think because of the thickness

This product is amazing , I was looking to do deadlifts with not slip out your hands and this is perfectI’ll recommend it 100 %. It better than any other straps or wristbands.

I purchased these gloves 3 times in such a short time frame because one always ripped. It’s a huge inconvenience for someone who works out 5x a week . It doesn’t serve its purpose . For 17.00 these lifting grips should Atleast last a couple of months . I am extremely disappointed

These do the job when lifting without bulky gloves. BUT velcro needs to be longer. As you wear them they stretch and there isn't enough velcro on the strap to stick to the glove. You also end up with a bit of a lengthy "tail" hanging over.They are easy on and easy off. They do loosen up a bit they get used, but it is easy to tighten them back up. I have a job in which I can't have callouses on my hands, otherwise I wouldn't wear anything when lifting. These are the next best thing.

I had surgery on my wrists 2 years ago. One surgery(R) was 2nd carpal tunnel and the second(L) was trigger finger along with tendinitous surgery. Its very tender when I push grocery carts and this padding on my palm is great. I can push the cart better and I don't feel so overworked in my wrists when I get home. The media could not be loaded.  These pads offer great improvements on your grip strength and at the same time protect your hands.Of course as a woman, you dont want to damage your hands too much when lifting weights, so the first choice might be lifting gloves. These pads are a great alternative to gloves and offer all the benefits with none of the drawbacks. The best part is that you get all the grip and protection and not have you hands stuffed in a glove and get all sweaty. Besides that, with a pink lining, these pads offer a nice femme-touch to the pads making them look stylish and functional at the same time.The strap op top is excellent for adjustment in ways you simply cannot do with gloves.Allround great product and great value for money

I received and love this product straight away. very comfortable and girly at the same time and provides just the right amount of cushioning on the hands. I do not need to go through the hassles of washing up sweaty gym gloves any more and messing up my rings. Comes in a nice combo pink and back colour. Everyone been asking me at the gym where I got them from !! So easy to take on and off during the workout to fill up water, go to the washroom etc. A must have new accessory. Good bye old gym gloves & hello fit grips. One of the cheap and best accessory I bought for my workout in a long time. Suits all sorts of workouts. Nice secure grip on barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells just about anything really. Thanks you grip power pads cheers

I think this product is fantastic and they work like a dream! No more blisters or soreness. The only problem for me is that, with having such small hands when I pull the fastening strap as tight as it needs to be it runs out of velcro and will not fasten. I wore them looser for a few days and then decided to get some extra velcro stitched in, just so I can make sure they are secure. If the product could come in a smaller size I would be very happy! All in all a genius product though.

These grips really work! I use them with kettlebells and are really useful to help with grip when doing swings and presses. However I find they work too well when doing snatches and don't allow the handle to move through the hand so switch to my gloves then. When it's warm they don't cause my hands to sweat and are comfy. I do find my hands are narrow so need to make sure they are snug fitted so they don't fall off.

Great alternative to actual gloves as they are easy to take on and off, dont get smelly or sweaty. Grip is excellent, no slipping and comfortable to wear. I also like the fact that the strip is adjustable!
