Q: Can i use liquidtight flexible non-metallic pvc conduit to protect the cable in areas where i can't bury it?

I would do a splice before and after the problem area. You can more splices at any box store. They are blue in color. They have a liquid silicone in them and once you break the plastic membrane and twist the wires it cures quickly giving a waterproof connection. I have used these many times on my fence where roots have broken the connections.

Thank you for your great question. The receiver collar does have a safety time out feature, so if your dog stays outside the containment area, it will stop correcting after about fifteen seconds. This is in case your dog escapes and gets "stuck" somehow.
