Excellent sausage stuffer! Nice size, heavy duty, works great! So far have done 50 pounds of summer sausage and 75 pounds of venison snack sticks with no problem. Cleans up nice and eazy too!

We have started processing our own venison the last few years. We were using a small grinder that acted as a grinder/stuffer. It was not ideal for stuffing. We ordered this stuffer & have been more than impressed with it. This stuffer has made the summer sausage & burger packing go quickly. The clean up is super easy as well. Like others have said, there is a pile of meat still in the elbow area- be sure to get that out before soaking it. I ordered another small tube replacement to accommodate the 17mm snack stick size casings. The tubes that came with the stuffer do not work great with snack stick size. I could order a larger size of snack stick casing but we want the traditional snack stick 17mm size. Overall, we would highly recommend this stuffer. It works great & easily operated by 1 person.

Finally had an opportunity to use my new stuffer. For being a China made product, it seems very heavy duty and a genuine product. I made ring bologna and it seemed to work better than my 5 pound popular brand name stuffer although possibly not quite as heavy. The bigger hopper allowed me to keep stuffing, saving time rather than having to stop and refill. Easy to use & simple. I did purchase two small clamps based upon the reviews from others to hold it to the counter once it starts getting empty. I did not find any sharp edges like others had mentioned. Maybe I have thick skin or they upgraded the product from previous reviews but there were no issues. Very easy to clean. Good value for the money. Would highly recommend!

Have used this allot and it has made processing quicker and easier!! Have had it for over a year now and it still does a great job. Very easy to take apart to clean and put back together. The capacity is not quite as much as advertised but compared to the prices of similar this is a great buy!!

This is a great stuffer for the price. I put up almost a 100 pounds of link and breakfast sausage and it went without a hitch. The only issue I had was it tended to jump around on the up swing, so I put a piece of cardboard on one corner and used a C clamp, which helped immensely. No more jumping around and it was easy with just one person. Looks solidly built, hopefully it will last for years. On a side note, the manual says that they carry parts for it, like gears, etc. but nowhere in it does it say where to order them from, no phone, website or email. That's the only thing that makes me nervous.

Made 10 lbs of Polish sausage and 10 lbs of Italian sausage with no problems! Great professional powerful machine! The ease of using this machine is second to none! Easy to crank with one hand and control the movement of the sausage coming out. The Machine stands firmly on my stainless steel table. Does not budge. For what it's worth I really did not need the rubber pads on it but put them on. Easy to assemble, easy to operate, and great clean up with soap and water. If a 73-year-old gal can operate it anyone can. While operating the sausages come out with ease and consistent form. I highly recommend this stuffer!
