Is the silver band in a high polish or satin finish?

In my opinion, the silver band is in a high polish. You can refer to the watch strap in the video to draw your conclusions.

How do you adjust the strap to fit your wrist?

You can see that the buckle consists of two rectangles, one large and one small. First, open the folding buckle by pressing the bulges on either side of the larger rectangle at the same time, then place your finger on the inside of the smaller rectangle (the side that meets the other half of the buckle) and lift it upwards to open it, now you can drag the strap to adjust the length to suit your wrist.
