Best gluten free linguine pasta!!
Best gluten free linguine pasta!! Tried many, many brands. As a celiac, it is so difficult to find really good pasta. This linguine cooks to the perfect al dente that is so hard to achieve in gluten free pasta and holds up well when reheated, which is a rarity in gluten free pasta! Tastes great and can be cooked to make any pasta dish that wheat containing linguine is used for. Repeat order. Highly recommend to other celiacs who long for real pasta!

Good Product & Great Replacement for Wheat.
This pasta is great for people on a low FODMAP diet. It cooks to al dente in 11 minutes and is every bit as good as most packaged pasta. You can tell the (slight) difference but it's certainly not enough to be put off buying it & some people may not notice at all. Good product. Happy.

Highly, highly recommended. If you want gluten free pasta that tastes like 'real pasta' this is it!
I waited until I have used this pasta for over a month before reviewing it as I wanted to try it in several dishes, cooked in different ways. Each and every time I have used it, it has turned out just perfectly, exactly as you would want and hope pasta to taste and look. I have tried many different types of gluten free pasta and I can confidently say that this is easily the best I have tasted. It really does taste like 'real' pasta. I have found that cooking it a little longer than the packet states works best for me but I do prefer my pasta to be on the softer side rather than al dente (sorry, to all of the traditionalists and gourmets out there!) I just add a few extra minutes onto the cooking time and this gives a softer bite without being in the slightest bit mushy. Unlike some other gluten free pastas that can very easily be overcooked and can start to disintegrate, I cannot imagine this ever being a problem with the Garofalo pasta. It keeps its shape well and doesn't lose any of its lovely taste. Overall, if you are searching for a gluten free pasta that gives you all of the taste and texture of typical durum wheat pasta, stop looking. This might just be it!

Best dried pasta we have tried, including gluten ones!
We tried this as my son was asked by a dietitian to go on a gluten free diet. Even though he is back to eating wheat we are all still eating this pasta! It’s absolutely delicious and we prefer it to regular pasta. We did try some alternative gluten free pastas from a couple supermarkets and they were terrible, so the lovely taste and texture seems unique to this brand.

One of the best gluten free pastas
This is the best and most cost effective gluten free pasta I tried in the UK. It keeps its shape when cooked and takes sauces well. I wish they made more shapes of this one as it is also reasonably priced.

Un ottimo marchio che fa pasta senza glutine ad alti livelli a prezzi accettabili. La pasta rimane molto simile alla pasta con glutine. Quando la cucini rimane ottima al palato e soprattutto, come molte marche di pasta senza glutine, non si spezzetta dopo essere stata cucinata.Consiglio

Non sono celiaca, ogni tanto capita di avere ospiti celiaci a cena e l'ho usata per preparare le lasagne. Non è solo un'ottima pasta senza glutine, è proprio molto più buona di qualsiasi sfoglia abbia provato. Tempi/temperatura di cottura indicati nella scatola assolutamente precisi, e non va sbollentata prima dell'utilizzo (come di solito si fa per le lasagne senza glutine). Perfetta!

Ich hatte schon sehr viele verschiedene glutenfreie Nudeln probiert,meistens schmeckt alles irgendwie nicht so toll,aber diese Linguine schmecken wirklich fantastisch, wie ganz normale Nudeln und auch die Konsistenz ist sehr gut,nicht matschig und nicht zu hart,wie anderen glutenfreie Nudeln, ich werde mit Sicherheit wieder bestellen, danke

Se puede comer, pero esperaba otra cosa, por la marca. Recién hecha tiene un pase, pero como se enfríe ya se pone arenosa-plasticosa como cualquier pasta mala sin gluten. De sabor regular. Hay macarrones marca blanca bastante mejores.
