iOS not supported
Not compatible with Mac OS Monterey. I contacted EPSON and they say they no longer support this unit. They suggested using Apple Scan. Which works well with documents and photos but not negatives or slides.

not compatible with Windows 11
Not compatible with Windows 11. Tried loading the driver (per Windows and Epson) several times and tried many other options to no avail. Epson admitted that they have not upgraded to Windows 11 on most of their projects. Seems like it would be a good scanner otherwise.

Great scanner
Purchased this scanner about a month ago and have had the chance to use it to scan photos and documents. It works perfectly and was easy to set up and use. The build quality is very good and it is a good scanner for the price range.

Great if you don't have Windows 10.
The driver for this scanner doesn't like Windows 10. It crashes after you do a scan and try to see the preview window. I've had mine for a few years and loved it until I upgraded my laptop to a Windows 10 pc.
