I like it! Don’t try it expecting coffee taste though, as I’ve seen a lot of others do in these reviews. It tastes like matcha, but earthier. If the grassy taste of matcha is too much for you then this isn’t your jam! It’s great for evening, low caffeine and doesn’t make me feel panicky. It’s a decent quality of powder, no micro bubbles but it mixes decently enough, it’s not super silky but the small amount of grain doesn’t bother me at all since it’s a good price.

I’m not an expert on matcha, but it tastes good (not too bitter), it’s smooth, and calms me while a bit of caffeine kick. Worth it for me if I buy the larger quantity

The matcha itself is amazing, great flavor with very little bitterness. I appreciate that the packaging was intended to keep the matcha as fresh as possible, but the aluminum bag that came within the tin can made me lose significant amount of matcha in the transfer. There's so much matcha stuck to the sides of the bag that even though I tried my best to scrape it and save it I feel like I lost at least 2-3grams worth which is significant given the price of the matcha. If the matcha wasn't so powdery and stuck to the bag this wouldn't be an issue, but it's fineness just doesn't allow it to transfer nicely from the aluminum bag to the aluminum can.

This is by far the best matcha I have used. My husband first bought it for me as a gift and now I can’t go back to a different brand. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quality matcha.

Tastes okay but the powder is kind of gritty. I followed instructions and made it the same way I usually did for other hojicha, but it was still gritty. It doesn’t really clump, it’s just the powder granules seem to be a bigger size than others I’ve used. Might use it for baking instead of drinks.

This is the best Matcha I have tried, so I reordered it. Amazon must be using AI to fill orders because I received a stuffed toy vulture instead!
