It’s especially helpful for taming frizz and flyaways.However, it can feel a bit heavy if too much is applied, especially for those with fine or oily hair. I found it works better as an occasional treatment rather than daily use, as buildup can become an issue over time.The scent is mild and not overpowering, which I appreciate, and it does seem to help with reducing breakage when used sparingly. That said, I haven’t noticed a dramatic change in hair growth or thickness yet.Overall: It’s a decent product for adding moisture and softness, particularly for dry or curly hair types, but it might not be ideal for everyone.
