Hydra-Mousse - Hydrating Self-Tan Mousse, 200ml - Cruelty & Toxin Free

As someone with fair skin and blonde hair, I’ve tried so many self-tanners—and TAN-LUXE Hydra-Mousse is by far my favorite. The color is beautifully natural, never orange, and it blends effortlessly without streaks. It’s lightweight, easy to apply, and dries quickly without that sticky feeling. I love that it gives me a healthy glow that looks sun-kissed, not fake. It’s become a staple in my routine, and I can confidently say it works better than any other brand I’ve tried. Highly recommend for fellow fair-skinned folks looking for a foolproof self-tanner!

This is the third time I have purchased this Suntanner. It goes on perfectly. The tan does not look fake and it lasts about 4 to 5 days. Most importantly, the smell is not apparent. I would recommend this tanner to anyone looking for a nice glow.

I got this product for my wedding because I didn’t want to have to pay for an expensive spray tan. It gave me the tan glow I was looking for without looking too intense or fake. Pros: Super easy to use, and I had never used any type of self tanner before. I used a mitten to spread it. It comes out as a foam and goes on easily. Since it’s clear I wasn’t orange while I had it on, and didn’t stain anything. It’s a noticeable tan without being super dark. Cons: Because it’s clear it can be difficult to know you have gotten everywhere and applied it evenly. The first time I tried it my hands and feet were a little dark. I fixed that by wiping them off a bit after applying. I did have a couple little missed spots, but I just put a little of the foam on them in the morning and it evened out.

I recently got into the self tanners and said goodbye to tanning beds. I found several that I liked and worked pretty well but this product is by far my favorite. Couldn’t be easier to put on, don’t have to wait around forever for it to dry, and doesn’t rub off on my clothes or sheets. And it doesn’t smell very strong either. Seriously, there is nothing to not love. Use a mitt to apply for an effortless tan. Comparatively , Bondi Sans and Il Makiage were my other favorites and this takes about 1/3 of the time to apply bc there are ZERO streaks. Add on to that the time it would take those others to dry so they didn’t rub off and this takes like a 1/16 of the time. With the others, if I went a day or two too long between uses and it started to get splotchy, I’d have to wait for the tan to completely fade off bc the new coat wouldn’t cover it. This stuff magically blends in and you can’t see the spots if i wait and day or two too long between applications. Keep in mind, everyone’s skin is different and what works for some doesn’t for others. If I’m in a rush I skip all the normal pre-steps and it works well but it still works best when you follow all the routine stuff (like exfoliating a day before, lotioning areas that tend to get darker like elbows, hands, and knees).

It seems weird because it’s clear but it’s fool proof. No streaks at all, gives a very nice color and no smell.

Was not as described..turns your skin orange not tan.

I have a HVLP spray tan machine in my home so I do full body spray tans every week but bc of my skin care routine (tretinoin), my face fades much faster than my body. I’m always looking for something to touch up my face between weekly spray tans and this is the best option I’ve found so far. It’s not great for this purpose but still one of the best of anything else I’ve tried (including: isle of paradise drops/foam, st tropez mousse, tanning water spritz {my close second favorite for this purpose}, tanwise mousse, tanology mousse and drops, bondi sands mousse). Pros: Doesn’t clog pores/passes the cosdna. com test for ingredients No brown tint/guide color so it doesn’t leave little brown bits in your pores as bad as other spray tans Smell is minimal Color turns out a nice golden brown Applies pretty easily (I pump a little onto a makeup brush, working in sections and blend blend blend into my hairline/down neck/up onto ears) Cons: I got the “dark” and still need two nights in a row of application to get the color deep enough to match my body spray tan Color only lasts a couple days before it gets patchy and I need to scrub it off really good and start over. All that being said, I still use it… I’ve been fake tanning for over 2 decades and I don’t mind that much if I look a little patchy…bc I’m very much in the camp of: I’d personally take a patchy orange bad spray tan over pasty white I can see every pimple, acne scar and vein through my skin.

I know it’s more expensive than what most of us are used to paying for self tanner, but this is worth it. I have used half a bottle in the last two months, and that is with me self tanning at least once a week. I like how it slowly develops over days, and I like how it WILL NOT RUB OFF ON MY CLOTHES OR SHEETS! Seriously the best self tanner I have ever used.
