This is a great vitamin, comes with or without iron - liquid capsules and after my colon resection I needed a well-rounded vitamin easy to digest since I also have pancreatic problems and take enzymes to digest food. My nails aren’t so brittle and my hair isn’t falling out as badly as before. I think overtime I should see a great improvement in my energy level also. If you have digestive issues when it comes to absorbing vital nutrients, this is a great product since the capsules contain liquid. I don’t have any stomach upset, they’re very easy to swallow, and I don’t have an aftertaste!

These big capsules taste like crap, but they come highly recommended by by bariatric surgeon and their team. I guess I feel alright taking them: I always have since the surgery so I don't know any different. They seem expensive, but not sure how expensive they are for bariatric vitamins. They do upset my stomach a little so I take it with apple sauce (pro tip).

It smells awful but they are easy to take.

Im a bariatric patient and had the sleeve. I was recommended this brand as I was looking for something that I only needed to take once a day. They also have a Iron version for those that can handle that it is nice, but Iron is the devil for me. This pill is super smelly and makes it just a little difficult for me to take consistently, but other than that it works. Blood work is good! You will still need to take your Calcium seperately ofcourse.
