Delicious, thick molasses- and it’s organic! Total win
Really tasty, nice dark organic molasses. Hard to find organic at the local store- when do- it’s very spendy! This brand not only tastes delicious- it’s nice and thick- and it’s way less the conventional molasses. A definite winner. Highly recommend

Great Quality, Price, and Organic!
Nice and thick. ORGANIC! Good molasses flavor and at great price compared to non organic blackstrap in the gallon jugs.

Packed With Benefits For People & Plants 🌿🥛
I love molasses and was raised drinking molasses and milk at bedtime, so this product feels both nostalgic and beneficial. The taste is bold and rich, and it’s loaded with nutrients your body actually uses. Blackstrap molasses is a natural source of iron which can support energy and help with low iron levels, calcium and magnesium which are essential for strong bones, and potassium which helps with muscle function and heart health. It even has antioxidant properties that fight free radicals. I also use it in my garden and it works wonders. Molasses feeds the beneficial microbes in the soil, which helps roots take up nutrients more effectively. It adds natural carbohydrates that keep soil life thriving. For cannabis growers especially, it can boost yields, enhance terpene profiles for better flavor, and keep plants healthier through flower. This brand is consistently high quality and organic, which gives me peace of mind. It’s tasty in the kitchen and powerful in the garden. Highly recommend!

Don't trust this product - inner foil seals bad and bottles leak the contents!
Bottles foil inner cap seals are VERY POOR - 2 of 3 bottles leaked in shipping. The third bottle seal was broken also but the contents hadn't leaked YET.... When I first received the original shipment of 2 bottles, I thought only one bottle had leaked all over the inside of the Amazon shipping box, so I only requested one bottle to be replaced. When I opened the second bottle, I realized its seal was also leaking.... But it was too late to request a replacement of the 2nd bottle. When I received the replacement bottle, the inner seal was also broken but it hadn't leaked out yet. I would NOT trust this product if you are going to consume it or use it in baking. You have no way of knowing if the contents are contaminated or not. Luckily I only bought this product to use to soak the rust off some tools.

Better than I hoped. Great flavor---real blackstrap!
Finally tried out the molasses with the traditional New Year dinner including cornbread. We mix molasses with a big glop of butter until it's smooth, then slather it on the cornbread (or biscuits---it's a southern thing). The molasses are rich and have a strong robust flavor with a bit of tang, a bit of smoke. I know this molasses will make wonderful gingerbread and especially baked beans. So glad I took a chance! Very good purchase!

Helps me ward off anemia and is great for an emotional boost in the form of ginger cookies!
Everyone has a different reason for wanting to use molasses, especially for that added jolt of 750mg of potassium. Me? I’ve been using it successfully to avoid extreme anemia and also for old-fashioned ginger cookies which I adore. On the Wholesome Sweeteners site, they offer up one by Chef Malika Ameen, which I’ve included below. There’s a decent jolt of iron in the Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Molasses at 15%. I was at the docs again yesterday and so far I’ve been avoiding those specialized iron shots. A tablespoon away seems to be doing the trick. This molasses does have a strong taste, but that’s to be expected with blackstrap molasses. I’m finding that it’s not only good for iron intake, but also a nice little energy booster. Cookies not so much so, but good for an emotional boost. I do like the fact that it’s Fairtrade Certified in addition to being USDA certified. It’s so much better than having to take pills or, worse yet, get shots. Chewy Ginger Cookies By Chef Malika Ameen INGREDIENTS: 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/2 tsp ground Vietnamese cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp ground cardamom 1/4 tsp ground white pepper 1/4 tsp Fairtrade cocoa powder 3/4 cup Wholesome Sweeteners Fairtrade Organic Sugar 2 tbsp Wholesome Sweeteners Fairtrade Organic Light Brown Sugar 2 tsp orange zest 5 tbsp melted butter at room temperature, preferably European style 1 Cage-free organic egg white 1 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger 2 tbsp Wholesome Sweeteners Fairtrade Organic Molasses 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/4 tsp Wholesome Sweeteners Fairtrade Organic Sugar, for rolling Directions: In a bowl, combine flours, baking soda, salt, spices and cocoa. Whisk together. In another medium sized bowl mix together organic sugars and orange zest. Rub together gently with your fingers to release the oils in the zest. Add butter and beat together on medium speed until combined. Beat in egg white, fresh ginger, organic molasses and vanilla until smooth. Add in flour mixture all at once and beat on low until thoroughly mixed. Chill dough overnight. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat. Place 1/4 cup of sugar in a plate. Scoop 1 tsp of dough and roll between the palm of your hands to make an even ball. Roll dough in organic sugar making sure all sides are coated. Place on baking tray. Repeat with remaining cookies. If dough begins to get warm, chill for 5-7 minutes before baking. Bake cookies 8-10 minutes maximum for chewy cookies. Bake longer for crisp cookies. Recipe source: Chef Malika Ameen

I give it a 10 out of 10..read this ..
Got this yesterday and made peanut butter cookies and added this in... Umm, yes please. Neighbor sure seemed to love the taste. Don't people know to add molasses to alot of the things you make or bake... It makes them taste even better. NOW, THE KEY IS....buy this unsulphered kind for sweetness and if you don't and just buy the regular molasses, it will be on the bitter side. Yep, there are two kinds of molasses (which I just found out) to buy and depending if you want it sweet or bitter. Anyways, yummy! Great price for 32 ounces. I bought two because I add it to everything, ginger snaps and pancakes and PButter cookies and PB sandwiches & ice cream...it's endless... Will buy again when needed for sure. Expiration date is way ahead in time too. Quick Shipping!
