Great Knife!
I am kinda a knife freak when it comes to kitchen knives, I want quality knives in my kitchen and am very hesitant to purchase knives costing less than $100, but recently retired I figured that I now have to live on a budget so after looking closely at this knife online I decided to gamble with a lessor expensive knife and am very happy I did. Sharp, attractive, and well as well made as my older Henckle knives, not the cheap consumer Henckles but the good ones. I am quite happy with this purchase.

Really sharp and solid knife
The constructions looks solid. No sharp edges on the handle. Really beautiful know. Sharp out of the box. The box presentation is really nice as well. I am sure this would be a nice gift. highly recommended

Good knife for the price
Good knife for the price. The only problem is. The finger guard where your index finger contacts the knife is sharp, I’ve cut my finger on it a couple of times. You have to be careful when using it. To me the should have been ground down to be dull. Other than that it’s a good knife and performs well.

we use this for a lot of things, including trimming brisket to smoke; cutting watermelon; and other food prep. Be careful though, it is really sharp (like it's supposed to be)

New knife
Nice and sharp. A few small ridges on pins but should smooth out with use. 7" is a lot of blade.

Bought for hubs for Christmas. Seems like a high quality blade and it's extremely sharp. Looks nice, and comes in a presentation type box.

I got it to to slice half leg of prosciutto and it did the job perfectly. Easy to manage and sharp enough to just follow the movement without forcing.
