Very sturdy and great quality for the price. It's foldable and comes with its own bag, which makes it travel ready. My granddaughter and her friends all take gymnastics classes together, so she was very happy when she opened this Christmas gift 🎁 (and her friends when they came over a few hours) The best part about this product for me, is I no longer have to let my granddaughter use my legs as balance beams.. lol

Perfect for my young daughter. It has held up for a while now and it still looks like new. It’s easy to store and is very stable.

The foam is hard enough for me to stand on but not too hard that if my daughter falls on it she gets hurt. Easy to store. My daughter is in dance and this has helped her gain some core strength. Shes started making up games to play with it which has been great too.

My ten year old enjoys this beam for low stakes practicing. It does not hold up particularly well over time. It’s a piece of foam that will get dented/wavy as time goes on. It is still worth it for some of her cartwheel practicing without the fear of falling. It is easy to use and not slippery.

I'm in love with this thing! So much so, that I came back and bought another one. I was so worried it was going to be too squishy for my needs because I'm an adult using it for physical therapy type exercises, not a tiny child using it for gymnastics. But it ended up being perfect! It's relatively firm and supports my weight (125-130lbs), but it's also soft enough to not hurt my feet when I'm not wearing shoes. My balance and my core strength have improved significantly in a very short amount of time. And I'm actually having fun with it! I've started practicing pirouettes and am hoping to eventually do some handstands and cartwheels like I did decades ago when I was a kid. (I'm over 50 if that holds any significance, lol.) And I didn't start using this as an advanced level fitness type person. I exercised, but apparently not enough to keep my hips, back, and core strong enough to prevent falls. I was tired of being weak and at risk of breaking my hips, etc. Playing on this thing has totally inspired me to keep going with becoming stronger and more agile. Best 40-ish bucks I've spent in a long time!

Great for practice in the living room. Folds up to put in the corner or under your bed when not in use.
