We purchased this set as a translation system for our Church. We have a number of people who attend that need translation into their own language. This is a great product for that. So much so that we have ordered a second set as more people want to use them. Easy to use. The receivers have the volume settings. The person using the transmitter has to be careful to NOT touch the mic with their hands or have the mic too close to their mouth--it is really sensitive. As stand alone system this was the most affordable we saw. We tested some systems that were 3-4 times as much and could not hear/see any significant difference.

It did exactly what it says it does. It isn't complicated to set up. I used it to translate for my church so everyone was sitting in different places and they could hear the service in real time without the speakers interrupting their flow for translation. I love it.
